The TOTAL Wellness Program is an ACA & ERISA Compliant Participatory Wellness Plan that provides discounts and complimentary services at certain healthcare providers for eligible medical services. Plan members are obligated to pay for their healthcare services but will receive a discount from providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization(s). The discount on medical service(s) will vary depending on the type of provider and medical/ancillary service rendered.

Because this is a section 125 benefit cancellation of membership in this program requires a Qualifying Event. You must request cancellation by emailing Info@SafeHarborSavings.com.

This plan is NOT health insurance.

This program IS NOT health insurance coverage and DOES NOT meet the Minimum Creditable Coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act or Massachusetts M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00.

Certain member benefits may not be available in all areas due to third party vendor restrictions.
